Niigata's Largest Student Community 'ZISEDAI BASE' Celebrates 2nd Anniversary, Establishes Neoseam Co., Ltd. and Launches 'One Seam Niigata' Vision.

ZISEDAI BASE, the largest student community in Niigata, has entered a new phase by establishing Neoseam Co., Ltd. to launch the 'One Seam Niigata' vision. This initiative aims to bridge the gap between young people and the region through a lifelong platform, addressing the issue of talent outflow. The community has grown to 300 members in two years. New developments for 2026 include programs for high schoolers, a Kanto community, and business domains in HR, regional development, and food culture to ensure local sustainability.
