No-Code Solutions Inc. (Location: Shimogyo-ku, Kyoto City, Kyoto Prefecture / Representative Director: Koki Sairu) will begin offering support and training services for Microsoft 365 agent AI "Copilot Cowork" from July 1, 2026.
Copilot Cowork is a new service that just began general availability (GA) worldwide in June 2026. Its key feature is that it executes instructed tasks to completion and returns finished deliverables, not just drafts.
For companies unable to use external generative AI for business due to security reasons and who have been working solely within Microsoft 365, this represents a major turning point, enabling them to delegate tasks to AI without sending internal data outside the company.
This service supports companies in successfully utilizing Copilot Cowork in their actual business operations while managing costs and security.
Background: Agent AI Success Hinges on "Implementation Design"
Copilot Cowork is an agent AI that autonomously plans and executes multi-step tasks, taking hours to days, across the entire Microsoft 365 suite, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and Calendar. While traditional chat-based Copilot returns drafts or suggestions, Copilot Cowork returns "completed deliverables."
It has rapidly gained traction, with over half of Fortune 500 companies utilizing it during the Frontier preview phase, and general availability commenced worldwide in June 2026.
However, the reality is that implementation often faces the following hurdles:
* Unlike Copilot, which only produces "drafts," it's difficult to determine what tasks can be delegated. * In addition to Microsoft 365 Copilot licenses, execution incurs usage-based charges (Copilot Credits), making costs unpredictable. * Since the agent accesses internal emails and files to operate, the design of permissions, data access, and compliance cannot be postponed. * End-users don't know how to delegate long-running tasks and only use it as an extension of chat.
If only the seats are provided without addressing these issues, license fees and usage charges will accumulate monthly, while end-users continue to manually create reports and are bogged down with schedule coordination and data aggregation.
Meanwhile, competitor companies that have determined how to delegate tasks can finish the same work overnight and use the freed-up time for planning and customer engagement.
The difference is not in whether a tool was introduced, but in whether the tasks to be delegated and how they should be delegated were decided.
Service Overview: From Implementation Design to Adoption
This service aims to achieve a state where Copilot Cowork can be operated within an organization and its costs and security can be managed, rather than just explaining how to use it.
The support is broadly divided into four areas:
1. Delegation Scenario Design: We will inventory business processes and identify tasks that can be "delegated and completed" by Copilot Cowork (e.g., regular reports, information gathering and organization, schedule coordination, data aggregation). We will also define expected outcomes and points to verify.
2. Cost Design & Credit Management: We will estimate the Copilot Credits required for each task and establish operational rules for monitoring consumption. Usage will be narrowed down to cost-effective applications.
3. Security & Governance: We will establish data access scope, permissions, and usage guidelines, creating a foundation that the IT department can confidently deploy company-wide.
4. Utilization Training: Each employee will learn how to delegate tasks through practical application. They will acquire skills through exercises on the differences from chat-based Copilot, how to instruct long-running tasks, and how to review results.
Implementation Process (Support-Based, 4 Phases)
We will conduct interviews regarding the current Microsoft 365 usage status, organizational structure, and data organization status, and the content will be fully customized.
PHASE 1: Current Status Assessment and Delegation Scenario Design
PHASE 2: Cost Design and Security Configuration
PHASE 3: Utilization Training (until employees can use it in their actual work)
PHASE 4: Adoption and Company-Wide Deployment Plan
The service will be primarily delivered online in a support-based format, with the number of people, schedule, and sessions adjusted according to the organization's structure.
Training components may be eligible for subsidies such as the Human Resources Development Support Subsidy, and we will provide support from confirming eligibility to designing the application.
Support Structure
No-Code Solutions Inc. provides AI development, support, and training tailored to the challenges of each company.
Our strength lies in the combination of a research team that pursues cutting-edge AI and a practical team with extensive implementation experience.
Members who studied AI at Kyoto University verify new technologies and methods, and the practical team translates them into forms usable in actual business operations.
In this service, this structure will be responsible for everything from design to delivering training.
Related Support Achievements (Microsoft 365 Copilot & Generative AI Training Cases)
While this service is a new initiative, No-Code Solutions Inc. has a track record of training to embed Microsoft 365 Copilot and generative AI within organizations.
Here are some representative examples:
* Small and Medium-sized Manufacturing Company (Microsoft 365 Copilot Training): We enabled them to utilize Microsoft 365 beyond Word and Excel, up to Copilot and Power Automate. Utilizing the Human Resources Development Support Subsidy, we conducted a 5-day training program (2 hours per day) for 5 participants, receiving a 75% subsidy for the costs. On the final day, each participant summarized their department's utilization plan, enabling them to expand usage internally, such as creating an internal FAQ bot.
* Listed Human Resources Recruitment Company (Claude Code Training): We achieved a balance between productivity improvement through AI utilization and the governance required of a listed company. Over 5 days (2 hours per day) for 10 participants, we covered everything from API key and internal data permission design to team operational rule creation (implemented with a 60% subsidy for costs).
* General Incorporated Association (Dify Training): With a large group of 40 participants over 2 days (8 hours per day), we enabled in-house development of RAG accuracy improvement, AI agent creation, and company-wide rollout.
All these cases involved designing for actual operational use within an organization while managing costs and security.
We will leverage this approach for Copilot Cowork implementation support.
