With this update, medical consultations are now available 24/7 on weekends and holidays, and during almost all hours on weekdays, excluding the evening closure period.

About Kids Doctor

Kids Doctor (https://kids-doctor.jp/) is an online pediatric consultation app born out of a desire to provide parents with the "peace of mind of connecting with a doctor" regarding their children's health. Parents across the country can consult with doctors via their smartphones during early mornings, nights, and holidays. In addition to online consultations, the app offers chat-based health consultations provided by nurses.

Online Consultation

You can receive consultations from doctors who are experienced in pediatric care via video call. If the doctor determines it is necessary, they can prescribe medication, which you can pick up at your preferred pharmacy. The consultation is covered by national health insurance and child medical subsidies. There are no additional costs beyond the medical fees.
