Worldwide Illustration Contest "Next ILLUST Award 2025" Exhibition to be Held at Gallery Ecri in Shibuya from May 22nd (Friday)!

PIE International Inc. (Toshima-ku) will hold the award exhibition for the worldwide illustration contest "Next ILLUST Award 2025" at Gallery Ecri (Shibuya-ku), Japan, starting May 22nd (Friday).

"Next ILLUST Award 2025" Exhibition

This exhibition will showcase a total of 60 award-winning and selected works, including the Gold Prize winner, chosen from 1,280 entries received from Japan and around the world. The exhibition will take place at Gallery Ecri in Shibuya, operated by the S Editorial Department!

Furthermore, the main visual for this exhibition features the work of Mr. Marui, who won the Gold Prize in this contest.

What is the Worldwide Illustration Contest "Next ILLUST Award 2025"?

Launched in 2024 as the "Next ILLUST Award" with an expanded scale, this is a worldwide illustration contest open to everyone. Regardless of art materials, age, or nationality, original works drawn by oneself were solicited from Japan and around the world, with over 1,200 entries received.

Three renowned illustrators, Range Murata, Mai Yoneyama, and Sakusya2, along with the Kikan S editorial department, PIE COMIC ART editorial department, Kinokuniya USA, Kinokuniya Asia-Pacific, COMICUP, and Marginals, served as judges to select the Gold Prize winner and other award-winning and selected works.
