Challenges in Talent Development and the Quest for System Building
Amid increasingly diverse challenges in talent development—such as labor shortages, retaining young employees, and promoting reskilling—there is growing interest in creating systems that support employees’ self-driven career development and lifelong learning.
At the same time, many companies face challenges such as: How can career development support and reskilling be established as sustainable initiatives? How should career counseling be effectively integrated into talent development programs?
To address these issues, the Tokyo Career Development and Reskilling Support Center will host an information exchange session for HR planning and talent development professionals, focusing on the theme: "Building employee career development and reskilling systems through career counseling."
