Regarding the smart astronomical telescope 'Seestar S30 Pro' manufactured by ZWO, which was scheduled to go on sale on Thursday, April 30, 2026, we have received pre-orders far exceeding our initial expectations since the start of reservations.

Although we have made efforts to secure a supply system, at this point, we are in a situation where we cannot provide an estimated delivery time, including for shipments after the release date.

We have determined that continuing to accept orders in this state would cause great inconvenience to our customers. Therefore, we will regretfully suspend pre-order acceptance as of Thursday, April 30.

We deeply apologize for the great inconvenience and trouble caused to everyone who was looking forward to the launch.

To customers who have already pre-ordered: For those who have already completed their reservations, we will begin shipping sequentially from the release date. We are proceeding with preparations to deliver the product to all customers by around July.

Regarding future reservation resumption and sales: We will announce the resumption of sales on our official website as soon as a prospect is established.

We once again apologize for this situation occurring just before the launch and for disappointing those who have been looking forward to the product. We will do our best to deliver the product in a reliable manner as soon as possible. We appreciate your understanding.
