Visgene Inc. (Ibaraki City, Osaka; Representative Director: Kunihiro Kaihatsu), which supports people's health through genetic 'visualization' technology, has launched a pilot program for companies that conduct face-to-face customer service within a distance of 1 meter. The program aims to visualize the periodontal disease and halitosis risks of service staff through PCR testing, and is currently recruiting 5 participating companies. This program will verify how objectively understanding test results affects oral care awareness and behavior, as well as whether it leads to reduced anxiety and increased confidence during customer interactions. Participating companies will be provided with up to 20 test kits free of charge. The application deadline is the end of June 2026.
(Details regarding the challenges of halitosis, testing mechanisms, and application requirements are included in the full text.)
Visgene develops services that visualize invisible risks using testing technologies such as PCR. Through this program, the company will verify how the visualization of halitosis risk in face-to-face service settings leads to improved self-care awareness and staff confidence. Based on feedback from participating companies, the company aims to develop more practical implementation proposals, operational manuals, and materials for corporate use.
