Claude Code Study Session for Business Leaders Exceeds 100 Participants

Background of Service Launch

While the utilization of generative AI is becoming a management challenge, many companies are stuck at the level of using chat-based AI to "ask questions and get answers" without integrating it into their actual business operations.

Bizlink has been proactively catching up with AI company-wide for several years. Through trial and error in implementing generative AI into its own business and operations, the company has accumulated internal know-how on "which tasks can be delegated to AI" and "how to design them to work in the field." This knowledge has culminated in a new suite of services based on AI, such as the AI-specialized co-creation development "Axel Lab" and AI training "Axel Academy."

Based on this accumulated know-how, Bizlink has focused on "Claude Code (Autonomous AI)," which allows AI to autonomously perform tasks. Believing that decision-makers such as business leaders, executives, and department managers, rather than engineers, should be the first to experience and envision its application in business, the company launched a small-group study session specifically for decision-makers as part of its business education service "Axel Academy."

To date, over 100 executives have participated, with an average post-course survey satisfaction rate of 4.3/5.0. Feedback includes comments such as "I was able to overcome the initial hurdle" and "This was the most fulfilling study session."

Features of the Study Session

Specialized for Decision-Makers: Participants are business leaders, executives, and department managers. No specialized engineering knowledge is required.

"Ready to Use from the Next Day": Instructors and support staff are current engineers who have supported over 100 Claude Code implementations. AI engineers provide support by checking PC screens side-by-side, completing setup and initial task execution on the same day.

In-Person, Small-Group Sessions: Held at our venue in Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo (Gotanda), in small groups (first-come, first-served basis).

Professional-Grade Security Settings: Lectures include security settings for safe operation in practical use.

Two Course Structures

The Advanced course covers four business areas: Sales (preparation for negotiations, minutes, automated follow-ups), Customer Support (inquiry classification, FAQ reference, response generation), Marketing (from campaign planning to distribution), and Creative+ (building websites with payment functions), designing and implementing applications for your company's operations.
