Pixel Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Sendai, Miyagi Prefecture; CEO: Hidekuni Sasaki) has announced that the Nintendo Switch version of the shooting game 'Horgihugh' will be released on Thursday, October 22, 2026. Along with this, the company announced the release of the 'Shuzilow.HA x PiXEL Official Records' today.

'Horgihugh' was born as a PC/iOS title that fused cute animal-motif characters with the challenging gameplay of an authentic shooting game. It later evolved into the Nintendo Switch title 'Horgihugh with Friends.'

The upcoming Nintendo Switch version of 'Horgihugh' is a 'return to roots' title, having received significant polish based on 'Horgihugh with Friends.' The title has reverted to 'Horgihugh,' expressing a return to the origin and a new start. The game has undergone a full review of its sound and game balance, and includes many new elements such as new game systems and new boss characters. The music was composed by Saki Hayashi, with TECHNOuchi serving as sound director.

'Shuzilow.HA x PiXEL Official Records' Released Today

'Shuzilow.HA x PiXEL Official Records' is an official book documenting the journey of animator/illustrator Shuzilow.HA and the various works of Pixel Co., Ltd. The book focuses on three Pixel titles, including 'Bounty Sisters' and 'Wings of Asteria,' featuring visual materials, setting drawings, and production processes.
