Findgate Co., Ltd. (Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Eiichi Matsui) is launching 'Atarhythm Analytics,' a cloud service that uses AI to automatically analyze engineer skills, visualize capabilities, calculate market rates, and match engineers to projects.
Overview of 'Atarhythm Analytics' 'Atarhythm Analytics' is a cloud service designed to resolve three fundamental issues faced by SES providers and IT staffing companies: subjective skill evaluation, intuitive pricing, and person-dependent matching.
By leveraging a unique IT dictionary (with over 40,000 terms), the service automatically analyzes skill sheets in just five minutes after upload. It scores the expertise of all engineers across eight categories and calculates market rates by referencing a database of over 230,000 individuals. The AI also analyzes project requirements, classifying essential and preferred skills to automatically rank the best candidates. This shifts operations traditionally reliant on experience and intuition toward accurate, data-driven actions.
Background of the Launch With the rapid spread of generative AI, the definition of an engineer's market value is fundamentally changing. While demand for engineers capable of leveraging AI is surging, those with only conventional skills are finding it increasingly difficult to secure projects. However, many SES providers cannot quantitatively grasp the current skill status of their engineers, delaying the formulation of talent strategies for the AI era.
To address these challenges, we have developed and are providing 'Atarhythm Analytics' as a foundation for SES providers to transition to 'data-driven talent management.'
Functions of 'Atarhythm Analytics' [1] Automated Analysis and Scoring of Skill Sheets Simply upload a skill sheet, and the service automatically analyzes skills using our proprietary IT dictionary (processing time: approximately 5 minutes). By scoring proficiency across eight categories—such as programming languages, frameworks, infrastructure, and management—it converts subjective, person-dependent evaluations into objective, comparable data.
[2] Automated Calculation of Market Rates By cross-referencing skill data with a database of over 230,000 engineers, the service displays market rates for personnel with equivalent skills via histograms. This visualizes the risk of pricing deviating from market reality before it happens, supporting evidence-based pricing and contract negotiations.
[3] Automated Matching of Projects and Engineers AI automatically analyzes project information, classifying and scoring essential and preferred skills. It ranks candidates based on both skill scores and experience, providing the best talent immediately. By automatically generating proposals from matching results, the service reduces labor while standardizing proposal quality.
