[First in Kyushu] Exhibiting at the Kyushu-East Asia International Logistics Comprehensive Exhibition INNOVATION EXPO 2026

Factem Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Kitakyushu City, Fukuoka Prefecture; Representative Director: Kenji Kawagoe; hereinafter 'the Company'), which specializes in total engineering for battery manufacturing, will exhibit at the Kyushu-East Asia International Logistics Comprehensive Exhibition INNOVATION EXPO 2026, Japan's largest specialized logistics exhibition, to be held at Marine Messe Fukuoka on Wednesday, June 24, and Thursday, June 25, 2026.

At this exhibition, as a joint exhibition with OrLinK Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Fukuoka Prefecture; hereinafter 'OrLinK') and Heads Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Fukuoka Prefecture; hereinafter 'Heads'), the Company will conduct live demonstrations of its manufactured multi-shuttle warehouses and pallet shuttle warehouses. Visitors can see a one-stop proposal for logistics automation that combines a transport control system (OrLinK) and AMR (Heads).

In recent years, labor shortages, rising costs, and the increasing complexity of inventory management at logistics sites have become common challenges across industries, including manufacturing, distribution, food, and e-commerce businesses.

Based on automated transport technology cultivated on production lines, the Company offers automated warehouse solutions that can be introduced regardless of industry, scale, or the presence of existing equipment. In particular, its high-density automated warehouse systems using pallet shuttles and multi-shuttles have a proven track record of adoption across a wide range of industries. At this exhibition, the Company will also introduce a 'hardware-software integrated' solution with OrLinK, with whom it formed a capital and business alliance in February of last year.

◾ Booth Highlights At this booth, the Company will propose solutions that contribute to addressing labor shortages, improving storage efficiency, and stabilizing work accuracy at logistics sites. Additionally, the Company will exhibit actual 4-way multi-shuttle systems and pallet shuttle systems, allowing visitors to see concretely how to achieve efficient loading/unloading operations and labor savings while effectively utilizing limited space.
