Announcement of License Agreement for 'Ponkickies' Apparel Products

Branch Out Co., Ltd. (hereinafter 'Branch Out', headquartered in Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, represented by President Shinichi Otani), an apparel manufacturer, and Fuji Consumer Products LLC have concluded a merchandise licensing partnership agreement for 'Ponkickies'. They will handle apparel and fashion accessories in the future. About Ponkickies: The series began with 'Hirake! Ponkikki' which started broadcasting on April 2, 1973, and continued through 'Ponkickies', 'Ponkickies 21', and 'be Ponkickies', airing for approximately 45 years as an early childhood educational program. It created numerous beloved characters across generations, including the dinosaur child 'Gachapin', the yeti child 'Mook', 'Connie-chan' from 'Jakajakajanken' who loves rock-paper-scissors, and 'P-chan', an alien from Alphabet Star P Island. The 'Ponkickies' series went beyond being a mere children's program, significantly influencing Japan's music and culture scene through original songs and animations, and remains deeply rooted in many people's memories. Branch Out is a company specializing in apparel OEM, ODM, and licensing businesses. With over 20 years of experience in licensing, it boasts more than 400 license contracts covering characters, anime, manga, games, and musicians. It also started a retail business through an online shop in 2020.
