Brave Technology to Transition to a Holding Company Structure to Strengthen Group Management

Brave Technology Inc. (Headquarters: Nagareyama City, Chiba Prefecture, Representative Director: Satoru Isumoto, hereinafter "the Company") will transition to a holding company structure effective July 1, 2026, with the aim of strengthening the management foundation of the entire group and accelerating the growth of each business. Additionally, to strengthen the group's medical domain business, Yusei Co., Ltd. and Brave Medica Inc. will be merged on July 3, 2026, with the merged entity's trade name changing to "Brave Medica Inc." Furthermore, a specialized company for AI and advanced technologies, "BRAVE-AX Corp.," will be newly established.

Background

Since its founding, our group has been working to eliminate waiting times and inefficiencies present in various situations under the mission of "Designing Time." We develop and deploy products that address challenges in various scenes, including food service, by offering LINE-based queue management and notification services such as "matoca" and "yoboca," services for the logistics and transportation industry like "TruckCALL," the "monap" app to discourage smartphone use while walking, and "matoca for prescription reception" for medical institutions. We also address issues in specific domains like logistics and healthcare. In recent years, the societal issues that technology needs to solve have become increasingly diverse, including improving customer experience in store operations, labor shortages and operational efficiency in the logistics industry, and congestion in medical facilities. To address these challenges, we have determined that a management structure is necessary where each operating company can leverage its expertise while collaborating as a group, leading to the decision to adopt a holding company structure.

Even after transitioning to a holding company structure, our group's mission of "Designing Time" will remain unchanged. We will continue to develop products that are attuned to the needs of the field, aiming to transform the equally distributed time given to people into more meaningful and valuable experiences.
