We have luxuriously used red-flesh puree from "Raiden Melon," one of Hokkaido's top three brands, known for its thick, soft texture and high sugar content. The flavor captures the mellow aroma, juiciness, and melting sweetness characteristic of red-flesh melon. The "Traveling Konnyaku Batake" series is designed to deliver local flavors one might encounter while traveling, and more flavors from across the country are planned for the future. The product has a shelf life of 150 days and will be available nationwide and via the official Rakuten shop.
