The square crepe invented by a mother is the beginning of our hand-wrapped crepes. One day 30 years ago, my mother suddenly started making crepes by hand at home. However, she didn't know how to wrap the dough into a triangle, so she wrapped it into a square shape. Recreating that mother's taste is the origin of our square crepes. In the same way, we want to be a presence that colors daily life and creates small memories. With that feeling, we choose safe and secure ingredients and hand-wrap each one with all our heart.
