MORIKEN HAUS (9 employees), which has been operating a renovation business based in Otsu City, Shiga Prefecture for 26 years, has officially launched its "Home Regeneration Project" based on its cumulative track record of 2,600 completed projects, combining "used housing x high-quality renovation."

This project is an initiative to establish a "regeneration model with clear quality standards" in response to the increasing distribution of existing homes.

Background: Increase in Vacant Homes and Quality Issues in Existing Home Distribution

In the southern part of Shiga Prefecture (Otsu, Kusatsu, Ritto, Moriyama, Yasu, Konan, and parts of Kyoto), the distribution of existing homes is increasing year by year.
