[28th Sennentaisyo | Call for Entries] Competition to Discover Young Talent and Revitalize the Uniform Industry

The Yagi Mecenat Foundation, which supports the promotion of regional culture and arts, has announced the start of entries for the 28th 'Sennentaisyo' uniform design competition. 'Sennentaisyo' is a competition themed around 'uniforms that evoke a new era.' It is held with the hope of discovering and nurturing the unique talents of young designers who can further elevate the power of uniforms, while also contributing to the revitalization of the uniform industry. The application period is from June 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026. The Grand Prix winner will receive a certificate, a trophy, and a cash prize of 1 million yen. The final judging will be held in a public show format on January 15, 2027, at the 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art, Kanazawa.
