400℃ PIZZA HIROSHIMA Extends Business Hours from May 13 (Wednesday)

YONHYAKUDO Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Akihito Tsubo-oka) announced that 400℃ PIZZA HIROSHIMA (Hiroshima City, Hiroshima Prefecture), which it operates, will extend its business hours from 6:30 PM to 7:40 PM and begin operating primarily by reservation starting Wednesday, May 13, 2026.

400℃ PIZZA was founded in Okayama in 2018 with the concept of "something unique from the ordinary." In 2020, it was selected as a Bib Gourmand in the 'Michelin Guide Kyoto, Osaka + Okayama 2021,' and its Okayama main store achieved the #1 ranking in Japan in Tabelog's pizza category*. Opened on March 19, 2026, in Otemachi, Hiroshima, 400℃ PIZZA HIROSHIMA has been warmly welcomed since its opening, with daily queues sometimes exceeding three hours, creating a lively atmosphere every day.

Regarding Business Hour Extension

In response to customer requests, we will extend our business hours until 7:40 PM (last order 7:00 PM) from May 13 (Wednesday), whereas previously we closed at 6:30 PM. Please feel free to visit us after work or for a casual dinner.

Regarding the Introduction of a Reservation System

Additionally, as the weather gradually gets warmer and the burden on customers increases, we are introducing a reservation system to eliminate waiting lines in preparation for the upcoming intense summer heat. Reservation slots for two days later will be released daily at 12:00 PM. (Example: If you plan to visit on Friday, reservations become available from 12:00 PM on Wednesday.) Walk-ins (same-day entry) are still accepted, but customers with reservations will be given priority.

About 400℃ PIZZA's Menu

400℃ PIZZA's menu consists of three categories: the standard "Grand Menu" available at all stores, "Limited Time" items that change seasonally or monthly, and "Store Exclusive" items available only at the Hiroshima store. We regularly offer new pizzas for our limited menus. The new pizza for May, "Quola," will be appearing soon. The release date will be announced on the store's Instagram.
