BICYCLE-E・MOBILITY CITY EXPO 2026 to be held June 10-11 at Shinjuku Sumitomo Building Triangle Plaza, Tokyo

Event Overview "BICYCLE-E・MOBILITY CITY EXPO 2026" will be held on June 10 (Wed) and 11 (Thu) at the Shinjuku Sumitomo Building Triangle Plaza in West Shinjuku, Tokyo. Admission is free.

Exhibition Highlights This exhibition brings together notable models such as commercial EVs, EV trucks, electric motorcycles, electric/hydrogen bicycles, EV charging equipment, disaster response vehicles, and bicycle/car parking systems.

Exhibiting companies include Hino Motors, Kia PBV Japan, Nissan-affiliated Moplus, ZO MOTORS, Yamato Mobility & Mfg., and ASF, which will showcase commercial EVs and autonomous vehicles. There is also an increase in disaster-related vehicle exhibits, such as mobile power supply vehicles by Hokkaido Electric Mutual, Canadian-made amphibious vehicles by Support Marketing Service, and disaster response vehicles by Oe Body Special Equipment. FDS, in collaboration with Toyota Corolla Shimane, will exhibit urban household garden systems and water generation equipment useful in disasters.

Regarding charging infrastructure, domestic manufacturers such as Takaoka Toko, Nichicon, Tatsuno, and Enegate will be joined by overseas manufacturers including Starcharge Energy Japan, ZEROVA, and MSI. Bicycle/car parking equipment manufacturers such as IQ Sophia, Tokai Giken, Arch-ems, Amano, OSS, and Daiken will showcase their latest parking systems, gate-style parking machines, and web payment systems.

Notable unique models include electric motorcycles from TEAM MIRAI, regenerative charging-equipped power-assisted bicycles from Taiyo Yuden and Maruishi Cycle, and new power-assisted bicycles from Tsubakimoto Chain, Ritsumeikan University, and Aisin.

Seminars and Lectures During the event, lectures and panel discussions by scholars, researchers, journalists, and exhibitors will be held. Themes such as EV wireless charging systems, bicycle blue tickets, future prospects for EV charging infrastructure, EV conversion of logistics/transport vehicles, and disaster prevention systems will be discussed.
