Libera Food & Beverage Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Nishi-Shinjuku, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Toyotaka Nagamori; hereinafter referred to as 'the Company') has announced the acquisition of all shares of Pan au Lait Co., Ltd., which operates the 'Pain au Lait' bakery in Toyama Prefecture, effectively taking over its business operations.

Pan au Lait Co., Ltd. operates 'Pain au Lait' bakeries in Kakeomachi and Fuchumachi, Toyama City.

The bakery is known for its moist and flavorful bread, made with natural yeast and levain dough baked in a Spanish stone oven, and has been cherished by local customers.

At its shops, the bakery offers over 100 varieties of bread, from classic items to seasonal specialties. Popular items include the 'Beef Chunk Curry Bread' and 'Fluffy Cream Bread.' The stores are designed for everyday convenience, featuring eat-in spaces where customers can enjoy freshly baked bread on the spot, as well as a complimentary drink service for customers purchasing bread.

The Company operates various food and beverage businesses, including Komeda's Coffee, the Oceanian restaurant 'Arossa,' and the Portuguese restaurant 'Manuel.' Through this business succession, the Company intends to further strengthen its food and beverage division, protect the locally rooted food culture, and create experiences that enrich the daily lives of more customers.
