REAL and CURIOSITY to Rebuild Historic Ryokan into Small Luxury Hotel in Kyoto’s Maruyama Park

REAL Co., Ltd., a leading hotel operator in Kyoto, has partnered with design studio CURIOSITY to launch 'KYOTO YOSHIMIZU -京都吉水-,' a small luxury hotel opening in Autumn 2026. Located within Maruyama Park, the project renovates the historic 'Ryokan Yoshimizu' under the concept 'Dream of Kyoto.' The hotel features only 4 exclusive rooms, offering an all-inclusive stay with personalized concierge services, blending 100-year-old wooden architecture with visionary modern design.
