ONE CAREER Inc., operator of a career data platform, announced that it has been selected, as part of a consortium with W Inc., to manage Kobe City's 'Business Attraction and Networking Event Operation Project for Students' (the 'Project') for the 2026 fiscal year. This marks the third consecutive year the consortium has been selected.

This year, in addition to managing networking events, the consortium will significantly strengthen its efforts to promote local companies through video content. By recruiting participating companies from within Kobe City and showcasing the real appeal of 'working in Kobe,' the initiative aims to boost optimal matching between local firms and job seekers.

Overview of the Project The project is designed to increase awareness of Kobe City companies among university students in and outside the city, convey the charm of working in Kobe, and deepen understanding of local firms, thereby promoting employment, inflow, and retention of students in the city, as well as securing talent for local companies.

Since the 2024 fiscal year, the consortium has leveraged ONE CAREER's event planning and operational know-how alongside W Inc.'s track record in industry-academia-government collaboration projects rooted in Kobe to conduct networking events, seminars, and video production to raise the profile of local firms.

In its third year, the project will promote the following key initiatives: - Information dissemination via video content: Raising awareness of local companies through interview videos. - Hosting networking events: Creating touchpoints both offline and online. - Recruitment support seminars: Providing know-how to enhance the recruitment capabilities of local firms.

For companies interested in video appearances: The project is recruiting Kobe-based companies that wish to directly convey their appeal to students and job seekers through video appearances or speaking engagements at networking events. There are no costs for participation.
