SETOUCHI DISTILLERY, a distillery operated by Miyake Honten, the Kure, Hiroshima-based brewery of 'Sempuku' sake, will release 8,000 bottles of 'Craft Gin Setouchi Hassaku' starting June 1, 2026.

'Craft Gin Setouchi Hassaku' is the third product in the Craft Gin Setouchi series. Using Setouchi-grown Hassaku oranges as the key botanical, combined with carefully selected ingredients like green tea and juniper berries, it is finished with an easy-to-drink flavor that fully expresses the natural aroma and deliciousness of the fruit. A unique characteristic of this product is that it may appear cloudy when chilled due to the abundant citrus oils it contains.

Due to limited production, it will be available exclusively at select retailers, including the company's direct-managed stores.

Flavor Profile: The rich aroma of Hassaku, along with refreshing sweetness and acidity, are perfectly harmonized. A subtle bitterness serves as an accent, providing a refreshing finish. We particularly recommend enjoying it with tonic water or straight.
