[MUFG Bank] Officially Released "Disability Employment Support" Service for Companies - Strengthening and Creating Internal Support Systems to Realize an Inclusive Society

MUFG Bank has launched two new initiatives to realize an inclusive society where everyone can work with peace of mind regardless of disabilities. Internally, it established the "Inclusion Hub" in the HR Diversity Promotion Office to help new employees with disabilities learn their tasks and stabilize their work before they join their assigned departments. Externally, the bank officially released the "Challenged Bank," an accompaniment-style support service providing companies with the personnel and know-how needed to promote the employment of people with disabilities. This service previously won the Grand Prix at MUFG's Spark X 2023 new business creation program.
