In collaboration with Chef Yoshiki Fujita and mogmog engine, the event showcased how BOV (Bag on Valve) spray can restore the lost aroma in paste or mixed meals. By applying scents like basil or tachibana oil, the initiative successfully stimulated the participants' appetite and anticipation for the meal, demonstrating a new way to enhance the joy of eating.
