Chiba Bank (President: Tsutomu Yonemoto) is launching the 'Nanso Futto Keikaku' (Nanso Boiling Project), a project aimed at revitalizing the Minamiboso area and supporting sustainable community development.

* 'Nanso' generally refers to the Awa region in Chiba Prefecture, including the municipalities of Tateyama City, Minamiboso City, Kamogawa City, and Kyonan Town.

The project is led by the 'Nanso Futto Keikaku Executive Committee,' consisting of tourism and economic organizations from the Minamiboso area and the Chiba Bank Group. It utilizes 'C-VALUE,' a purchase-type crowdfunding site operated by Chibagin Shoten Co., Ltd., to support local businesses in bringing new products, services, and events to life.

Origin of the 'Nanso Futto Keikaku' The name comes from the desire to 'boil' (energize) Chiba Prefecture from the Minamiboso area by unearthing overlooked products, services, and events in the southern tip of the Boso Peninsula and promoting them widely through crowdfunding, stamp rallies, and marché events.

The project runs from May 26, 2026, to May 31, 2027, sharing attractive content that allows people to enjoy the four seasons of the Minamiboso area throughout the year. Related initiatives such as digital stamp rallies and marché events are planned for next spring.

On May 26, 2026, six crowdfunding initiatives themed around 'Summer' were launched on 'C-VALUE,' offering experiences and foods that showcase the unique charm of 'Summer' in Minamiboso.

Additionally, applications are now open for the second round of projects, themed around 'Autumn' (Deadline: End of June 2026). For details, please visit the Nanso Futto Keikaku open call page on 'C-VALUE'.

Chiba Bank will continue to maximize regional resources in Chiba Prefecture to create new attractions and contribute to regional revitalization.
