Lab Tama (President: Takafumi Sonoda), a regional design lab under the Resona Group, announced that it was awarded the contract for Saitama Prefecture's 'Touch, Learn, and Connect DX Promotion Project' on March 30, 2026, and has begun recruiting attendees for its upcoming exhibitions.
This project aims to promote digital transformation (DX) among SMEs and small businesses in the prefecture by hosting hands-on exhibitions and coordinating with relevant institutions to support the entire lifecycle of DX—from evaluating tools to implementation and long-term adoption.
While the importance of digital technology has grown due to needs for business efficiency and labor shortages, many small businesses still struggle with tool selection and post-adoption utilization. This project provides opportunities to experience DX tools in real-world scenarios and connects businesses with human resources and subsidy programs to ensure a secure transition.
The exhibitions will be held at five locations across Saitama Prefecture. At each venue, visitors can test DX tools in fields such as accounting, public relations, construction management, and production management from approximately 30 different companies. Additionally, mini-seminars on DX methods and SNS utilization, along with consultations regarding prefecture support menus and subsidy applications, will be provided.
