Odakyu Hakone Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Odawara City, Kanagawa Prefecture; President: Hidehiro Mizukami) has signed an official supplier agreement with Shonan Bellmare Futsal Club (Headquarters: Odawara City, Kanagawa Prefecture; President: Shinya Sato). Starting Saturday, May 30, 2026, the company will begin supplying its 'Hakone no Mori kara' natural water.

Shonan Bellmare Futsal Club is based in Odawara City, and Odakyu Hakone entered this agreement in empathy with the club's philosophy of community contribution. By providing bottled beverages, Odakyu Hakone aims to support the performance and health management of the athletes. This marks the first official supplier agreement for the company since it inherited the mineral water business in April, and it signifies a commitment to community contribution and the fostering of a representative beverage brand for Hakone.

#### 1. Background of the Supplier Agreement Odakyu Hakone aims to contribute to regional revitalization by solving local and social issues. The company empathizes with the mission of Shonan Bellmare Futsal Club—'Creating opportunities and drawing out strength through sports'—and intends to support the team’s activities to contribute to the development of the local community.

#### 2. Contract Period May 30, 2026 to March 31, 2027 (Planned).

#### 3. 'Hakone no Mori kara' Natural Water 'Hakone no Mori kara' natural water is bottled groundwater from Sengokuhara, Hakone-machi, within the Fuji-Hakone-Izu National Park. It is a medium-hard water with a hardness of 120 mg/L, known for its soft mouthfeel. For every bottle sold, 1 yen is donated to Hakone Town and utilized for natural landscape preservation activities, such as the Sengokuhara pampas grass fields and the old Hakone road's cedar trees. The cumulative donation amount through fiscal year 2024 reached 53,238,984 yen.
