Tatelog Inc. announces the full free release of its construction industry network scheduling application 'Con-Sche (Kon-Suke)', effective July 9, 2026. All features previously offered under paid plans are now available at no cost. Simply register your name, company name, and corporate domain email address to access all functionalities without monthly fees. Additionally, an API code is issued upon initial registration, enabling external systems and AI agents to call scheduling functions.

Background of Free Access — Internal Policy Review
This move to free access is not merely a pricing strategy, but a fundamental shift in Tatelog's corporate policy.
With the rise of AI coding agents like Claude Code and Codex, construction sites are gradually beginning to build and customize their own tools.
However, through our engagement with the field, we've identified new challenges:
Too many tools exist, making it difficult to choose the right one.
An overabundance of options causes confusion and prevents adoption.
Even when teams know they can build tools, they lack the time to do so.
There is a significant gap between 'being able to do it' and 'actually doing it'.
Tatelog's response to this situation is the policy of:
'Open-sourcing the foundational tool itself.'
Con-Sche already provides the core framework for construction scheduling, including network diagrams, critical path method (CPM) calculations, and duration estimation based on man-hour rates multiplied by quantities. Building this from scratch requires time and specialized knowledge. By offering this foundation for free, companies and sites can focus on building their own workflows and AI integrations on top. We want teams to spend time on judgment and innovation, not reinventing the wheel. This is the philosophy behind our free release.
Additionally, project schedule data is now stored locally on users' devices (in-browser or local files), with no transmission to servers. This design allows immediate use on-site without concerns about data privacy.
A Tool Designed for AI — For the Entire Industry
Con-Sche is designed not only for human use via browser, but also for operation by AI. Through the API code issued at registration, external systems and AI agents can call CPM calculations (critical path, float, date conversion) and convert schedule files.
Whether operated by a person on-screen or assembled by AI in the background, the same scheduling framework is used. This is Con-Sche's vision.
Going forward, we will continue releasing Con-Sche as an AI-friendly tool and a shared foundation for the entire industry — not limited to any single company — aiming to contribute to the construction sector.
By making AI-operable scheduling the industry standard, we aim to create an environment where every site member can focus on their core tasks: decision-making and communication.
Full Features Available in the Free Version
Create and edit network schedules (ADM): Complete with just three operations — left/right click, Ctrl, and Space key
Automatic critical path calculation: Highlighted in red. Automatically calculates float days, earliest/latest start dates
Automatic duration calculation using man-hour rates × quantities: Just input quantities. Switchable with manual input mode
Custom man-hour rate registration: Digitize and store company-specific knowledge and experience
Integration API (issued at registration): Call CPM calculations and schedule file conversions from external systems/AI (Monthly free quota)
Print, PDF, and CSV export
Local file save (.csa) and load
Tablet and smartphone support (PWA): No installation required; add to home screen for app-like experience (viewing only)
Future Developments
Con-Sche does not aim to continuously add new features. What we truly aim to eliminate is manual, labor-intensive work.
Daily reports, whiteboard schedules, documents only accessible back at the office — many sites still operate on paper and ephemeral information. Schedules become 'pie in the sky,' never reaching the field or being preserved as data.
Con-Sche enables schedules to exist as data — accessible from any browser or tablet, and operable via API or AI. With schedules as data, integration with BIM, automation of man-hour rates, and simulation systems for refined construction planning become possible.
We will continue our efforts toward this vision.
OEM Integration into Your Own Products is Welcome
Con-Sche's source code is publicly available on GitHub. Under the Con-Sche License 1.0, you may embed and redistribute (OEM) it into your own products, provided proper credit is given.
For companies that want to 'integrate a data-driven network scheduling system into their construction DX services' or 'focus on site-specific value creation while outsourcing the scheduling framework,' Con-Sche serves as the foundational platform. Our goal is to expand this shared foundation across the industry.
Note: Managed services for third parties, proprietary API platforms using Con-Sche, and integration into internal tools require individual contracts. For details on embedding and licensing, please refer to the LICENSE file in the repository and contact us.
