This report details KII's impact management approach, organizational structure, the unique challenges of deep-tech, and the efforts of portfolio companies to create meaningful impact.

Keio Innovation Initiative, Inc. announces the publication of the 'Impact Report 2025' for the KII Fund No. 3 Impact Investment Limited Partnership.

Guided by the purpose of 'Transforming academic research and inventions into businesses that change society,' KII is dedicated to contributing to a sustainable society by investing in and nurturing deep-tech startups that solve challenges in medical, health, and digital technology fields. KII Fund No. 3 aims to achieve 'a society where everyone can lead a healthy and happy life' while pursuing both financial returns and social/environmental impact. To promote an impact-oriented strategy, KII rigorously practices Impact Measurement and Management (IMM) in accordance with global standards. Specifically, at each stage from due diligence to investment execution, KII collaborates with portfolio startups to formulate logic models, define the five basic elements of impact, and set impact KPIs.
