BONUS TRACK Hosts "June of the Environment 2026." This Year's Theme: "Practicing Hands-on Care."

BONUS TRACK is a hub located between Shimokitazawa and Setagaya-Daita, featuring small shops, a square, galleries, and shared kitchens. It aims to be a "square" where people can stop by, engage in conversation, and encounter new values and social connections in the extension of their daily lives. BONUS TRACK designates every June as the "June of the Environment," implementing various projects to create opportunities to think about the environment through familiar, everyday things.

The theme for this year is "Practicing Hands-on Care."

The environment consists of not only the natural surroundings but also various elements surrounding us, including people, communities, institutions, and culture. These are constantly changing through the accumulation of our daily actions and choices.

In this year's "June of the Environment," we will hold exhibitions, markets, talks, and workshops under the theme "Practicing Hands-on Care." Through each project, we will provide opportunities to think about our relationship with the environment while experiencing diverse perspectives and practices.

- Exhibition | Zuzu Warehouse × BONUS TRACK "Practicing Hands-on Care." Collaborating with Zuzu Warehouse, active in Iitate Village, Fukushima Prefecture, this exhibition explores the question "How do we engage with the environment?" Dates: June 8 (Mon) – June 30 (Tue), 2026. Venue: BONUS TRACK GALLERY 1.

- Exhibition | Pimlico Arts JAPAN exhibition "PLX ARC MATRIX" This exhibition by Pimlico Arts JAPAN, which creates works using plastic waste collected from beaches, re-examines the relationship between the marine plastic problem and our daily lives, culture, and technology. Dates: June 10 (Wed) – 16 (Tue), 2026. Venue: BONUS TRACK GALLERY 2.

- Exhibition | "Busily, Slowly returning to the Earth - Shimokita Gardening Club's Gaze and Handwork" An exhibition by the Shimokita Gardening Club, which manages plants along the Shimokita Railway tracks. It focuses on the "gaze" of observing the city and plants, and the "handwork" of growing and recycling plants. Dates: June 25 (Thu) – 30 (Tue), 2026. Venue: BONUS TRACK GALLERY 2.
