Tokyo Chainsaws Inc. (Hinohara Village, Tokyo; CEO: Ryosuke Aoki), in collaboration with Hinohara Village, will hold the first free trial of its 'Forest-Creating Corporate Training' on June 24 (Wed) and July 7 (Tue) in Hinohara Village. This trial is designed for companies to experience part of the training and consider its implementation. Forests have both 'environmental' and 'economic' aspects, and this trial sets dates and venues for these two themes. A total of 18 companies are being recruited. The training, held in the non-daily environment of a forest, facilitates dialogue and collaboration beyond titles, making it easier to bring learning back to the organization. Additionally, the program, guided by foresters, involves actual forest maintenance, contributing to forest growth. Hinohara Village, where 93% of the area is forest, faces issues with unmaintained forests due to population decline. This training contributes to solving these issues and creating a vibrant region.
