[Matsuya Foods] A New Form of Matsuya in Ginza: Celebrating 60 Years, First Permanent Department Store Location 'Matsuya PREMIUM' Opens at Matsuya Ginza!

Matsuya Foods (Headquarters: Musashino, Tokyo; President: Kazutoshi Kawarabuki) is pleased to announce the opening of 'Matsuya PREMIUM,' its first permanent store in a department store, located in the bento and delicatessen section on the B1 floor of Matsuya Ginza, in celebration of its 60th anniversary. This project, born from the shared name between Matsuya Foods and the 100-year-old Matsuya Ginza department store, follows a successful limited-time pop-up last year. The new store embodies the theme of 'luxury and accessibility,' offering exclusive items such as Kobe beef bowls and domestic Wagyu beef hamburg steaks. The store design features a sophisticated black and wood-toned aesthetic with gold accents. Staff have completed specialized hospitality training to meet department store standards. The grand opening is scheduled for June 10, 2026.
