The all-you-can-eat Yakiniku, sushi, and dessert restaurant chain 'Stamina Taro' (operated by Edoichi Co., Ltd.; Headquarters: Adachi-ku, Tokyo; President: Takuya Sango) is bringing back the popular 'bone-in kalbi' and 'Iberico pork' featured as special Yakiniku during Golden Week. They will be available as all-you-can-eat menu items exclusively on weekends in May.

Bone-in kalbi is a dish where you can dynamically enjoy the original umami of the meat. Iberico pork, characterized by its fine fat and deep, rich flavor, spreads its savory and juicy taste simply by grilling.

1. May 23 (Sat) & May 24 (Sun): Bone-in Kalbi All-You-Can-Eat (Dinner Only) A popular Yakiniku dish cut with the bone. The area around the bone is particularly rich in umami, making it an exquisite dish to enjoy heartily.

2. May 30 (Sat) & May 31 (Sun): Iberico Pork All-You-Can-Eat (Dinner Only) The juices spread the more you chew. Characterized by its fine fat and deep flavor, it is savory and juicy just by grilling. Iberico Pork: A breed of black pig mainly raised in the Iberian Peninsula of Spain and Portugal. By eating acorns (bellota), they contain a lot of oleic acid in their fat, characterized by sweetness, richness, and a melting mouthfeel.
