Sawataya, a 115-Year-Old Traditional Confectionery, to Release New Product 'Kurodama Hitotama' on April 17

We are a confectionery shop located in Kofu City, Yamanashi Prefecture, founded in 1911. Our signature product 'Kurodama' is a round Japanese sweet featuring green pea paste wrapped in brown sugar jelly, handmade with the same recipe since its creation in 1929. While preserving tradition, we propose new food experiences and strive to promote the charm of our local region.
