Kanri-no-Pro Co., Ltd. (Minato City, Tokyo / CEO: Shiro Matsumura), a company operating in the back-office BPO sector, will launch the second cohort of its实战 educational program 'AI-Driven Back-Office实战 Program' on August 3, 2026. General enrollment begins today.

The first cohort (launched May 2026, capacity: 10 participants) was fully subscribed, and approximately 70% of attendees who completed the hands-on实战 curriculum successfully delivered their own deliverables (business automation applications). For the second cohort, in addition to PMs and consultants—who were the core participants previously—the program will now open its doors to accounting professionals such as certified public accountants and tax accountants.

◾️ Background: Rising Demand for 'AI × Back-Office' Amid AI Replacement of IT Talent

With the practical adoption of generative AI, parts of traditional development and operational skills in the IT industry are being replaced by AI. Meanwhile, in corporate back-office areas (accounting, general affairs, HR, labor management), there is a critical shortage of talent who can 'design, implement, and institutionalize AI' with a deep understanding of business operations.

Through our core BPO operations, we face this demand daily and believe it is urgent to cultivate talent—whom we call 'AI Agent Managers'—who possess the skills to 'extract on-site requirements, translate them into AI-executable formats, and ensure adoption.'

On the other hand, according to SHIFT's Q2 financial report for the fiscal year ending August 2026, the potential of the AI BPaaS market exceeds 40 trillion yen. The BPO and digital worker market, which Money Forward has announced entering, is already valued at 14.1 trillion yen. The transition to the Native AI era is predicted to occur in 5–10 years—faster than any previous technological shift—resulting in a severe shortage of talent capable of implementing and operating AI in corporate back-office functions.

◾️ What is the New Role of 'AI Agent Manager'?

The 'requirements definition, project management, and coordination' skills held by PMs and consultants can be directly applied to the design and operation of AI agents. The new role defined by this program includes the following three responsibilities:

- Extracting operational requirements from on-site staff - Designing and operating AI agents by combining various tools with existing SaaS - Accompanying the organization through adoption and stabilization after implementation

Rather than focusing on advanced AI architecture design or multi-agent control, the program targets a level where participants can reliably execute 'small DX' initiatives on-site—achievable even by non-engineers. The program assumes a work model where participants can engage in projects for as little as 15 hours per month while continuing their primary jobs.

◾️ Who Joined the First Cohort and What Did They Gain?

The first cohort launched at full capacity (10 participants). The majority were PMs and consultants aged 28–34. Participants included project managers from SI firms, product managers from corporate companies, and professionals from consulting firms—many of whom had experience in requirements definition and project management in IT but were exploring their next career steps in the AI era.

Key outcomes and benefits:

- Acquisition of implementation skills: Through实战 exercises based on real-world cases rather than theoretical learning, participants mastered AI implementation in back-office operations. About 70% who completed the hands-on training independently delivered deliverables such as expense categorization automation and payment reconciliation applications. - Career 'translation': Participants gained a clear path to reapply their PM and consulting experience in non-IT domains like the back-office market. - A clear path beyond learning: After completion, participants are introduced to side projects through our headquarters.

Participants shared the following feedback (personal opinions, not guaranteed results):

'The experience in requirements definition directly applied to giving instructions to AI.' (Former SIer PM)

'After six weeks, I could clearly see the scope of work that can be delegated to AI.' (Former corporate PdM)

'I was able to reposition my PM and consulting experience as an asset in non-IT fields.' (Former consultant)

◾️ Program Concept and Three Value Propositions

- Content: Skil—Equip yourself with AI×BPO implementation skills through 6 weeks of实战 training - Pivot—Transform your IT experience into an asset in non-IT markets - Project—We accompany you all the way, including introducing side projects after completion

The key feature is solving the traditional reskilling program problem of 'no projects after learning' by designing a clear path to real-world application.

◾️ Overview of the 6-Week Curriculum

Each week follows a format where participants implement tasks based on orientations from virtual clients. The program uses practical tools that are immediately applicable in real-world settings, including Claude Desktop, Claude Code, GAS, Manus, freee MCP, n8n, and Verc

◾️ Why This Program Stands Out

1. Collaboration with Professional BPO Experts

Leveraging Kanri-no-Pro's proven BPO track record as a foundational asset. By directly communicating with professional BPO staff to gather requirements, we avoid scope creep and client-side issues, focusing only on areas that deliver real on-site results.

2. Intervention in Existing Systems as the Main Battlefield

Rather than new development or infrastructure setup, the focus is on inserting AI into existing SaaS platforms and operational workflows. We provide full support, including document organization and onboarding assistance.

3. Design to 'Translate' IT Experience

A unique curriculum design that translates the requirements definition, project management, and coordination skills of PMs and consultants into the language of the back-office domain—a non-IT market.

【Support System】

- Dedicated mentor support (from task definition to implementation and improvement) - Unlimited chat support - Participant community - Ongoing access to video lectures, templates, and case studies

【Post-Graduation Career Paths】

Graduates can pursue four directions: career advancement within their company (as core talent in business improvement and DX promotion), specialized side jobs, freelancing (AI utilization support, business improvement consulting), or entrepreneurship and new ventures. After completion, we provide a project participation pathway by introducing side projects from Kanri-no-Pro.
