Hyatt Regency Tokyo Ranked in Cvent's '2026 Top Meeting Hotels Asia Pacific'

Hyatt Regency Tokyo (Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; General Manager: Simon Graf) announced that it has been selected as the 37th hotel in the "2026 Cvent Top Meeting Hotels Asia Pacific" announced by Cvent, one of the world's largest event management platforms.

This ranking comprehensively evaluates and awards hotels with outstanding track records based on Request for Proposal (RFP) volume through the Cvent Supplier Network, collaboration with event planners, service quality, and the ability to provide group experiences. Being selected for the first time among over 340,000 hotels worldwide evaluated for this ranking demonstrates Hyatt Regency Tokyo's growing presence as a leading meeting and event destination in the Asia-Pacific region.

Located in the heart of Shinjuku, Hyatt Regency Tokyo boasts excellent access to major business areas and transportation networks in Tokyo, making it an ideal location for hosting domestic and international events. The hotel is equipped with a variety of meeting and event spaces totaling 18 rooms and 3,115 square meters, catering to a wide range of needs from executive meetings and international conferences to large-scale gala dinners and social events. The 2026 ranking is based on data from over $20 billion USD in group demand sourced through the Cvent platform in 2025, reflecting actual planner demand and booking trends rather than self-reported data.

The ranking is determined based on multiple metrics, including total RFP volume, awarded room nights, market share in major metropolitan areas, response rate, and proposal rate.
