In the construction and equipment installation industry, the aging of skilled workers and the significant physical burden in physically demanding workplaces are major challenges. Therefore, we sought cooperation from the Ujiie Seminar at Morioka University, which possesses specialized knowledge, and have begun full-scale health support based on objective data.

1. **Scientific Understanding of Current Status using InBody** Using the "InBody" body composition analyzer, detailed data such as body fat percentage, muscle mass, and water content, in addition to weight, are obtained to visualize the body's condition. 2. **Dietary Lifestyle Survey using MDHQ** Using the "MDHQ" simple dietary habit evaluation tool, daily eating habits are surveyed in a questionnaire format. This visualizes the actual energy intake. The data obtained through this event will be collected and analyzed by the Ujiie Seminar, and individual feedback will be provided at the second event. Furthermore, this data will be utilized as foundational material for future health measures, leading to the implementation of personalized health support for each employee, aiming to create a workplace environment where employees can continue to work in good physical and mental health.
