Nomuraya Holdings Sells In-House Developed Solar Power Plant to TT Brothers LLC

Nomuraya Holdings, Inc. (Headquarters: Ueda City, Nagano Prefecture; Representative Director: Kenta Nomura; hereinafter "the Company") announces that it has sold a solar power plant developed by the Company to TT Brothers LLC in March 2026.

TT Brothers LLC is a power generation business company established in September 2024 with investments from Toho Gas Co., Ltd. and Tokyo Century Corporation, aimed at securing renewable energy power sources.

The Company is promoting the development and sale of solar power plants as part of its renewable energy business, and this transaction is a sale of a solar power plant developed by the Company as part of this initiative.

About the Solar Power Plant Development and Sales Business

As part of its renewable energy business, the Company develops and sells solar power plants. It has built a comprehensive development system that covers everything from land acquisition and development, various permits and licenses, grid connection procedures with power companies, design and construction, to final sale.
