### Background and Purpose The alliance aims to integrate the strengths of both companies to evolve Densan System's tourism and regional revitalization co-creation project, 'NIPPON WONDER FACTORY (NWF),' into a next-generation platform that creates autonomous economic zones where money and people circulate. To address structural challenges in regional revitalization—specifically securing 'human' engagement and 'financial' sustainability—the partnership will leverage token community infrastructure and stablecoin payment technology to propose a new model for continuous connection between regions and their supporters.

### Addressing Structural Challenges Traditional regional development initiatives often relied on one-time tourism or donations, making continuous engagement difficult. In contrast, this platform uses tokens to create a mechanism where participants can actively contribute as 'quasi-shareholders' of a project. This enables everything from initial fundraising and assetization through secondary markets to DAO-style participation in decision-making, supporting the self-sustainability of regional businesses.

### Future Outlook: Connecting to the Real Economy Moving forward, the initiative will promote 'connection to the real economy' by bridging the digital economic zone with physical space. Specifically, it will integrate Densan System's blockchain payment infrastructure into FiNANCiE's platform to build a seamless payment network using stablecoins.
