Out Japan Co., Ltd. (President & CEO: Kazuaki Yanase), a company providing training, consulting, and marketing on LGBTQ+ issues, has been conducting the LGBT-Ally Project 2026 with ally companies since 2017.
On June 7, coinciding with the 'Tokyo Pride Parade 2026,' various activities were held at Shibuya Castle (Shibuya, Tokyo), including corporate panel exhibitions, film screenings of titles such as 'Hibi, Hiyori,' on-site parade cheering, and distribution of rainbow goods. The exhibition 'We Also Want to Be a Happy Couple' was co-hosted for the second consecutive year.

The venue was moved from Yoyogi Park (last year’s location) to Shibuya Castle, enabling greater interaction among participating companies in the project.

- Starbucks and the 'Rainbow School Project' Free Outreach Lessons Out Japan has partnered with Starbucks Coffee Japan Co., Ltd. to launch the 'Rainbow School Project,' offering free diversity-focused outreach lessons at elementary schools. Starbucks partners (employees), together with professional instructors, deliver these sessions. Elementary schools interested in hosting the program are encouraged to apply.
