CAD Center Corporation announced that 'TRANCITY ARCADE,' a service for building immersive content using field 3D data, developed in collaboration with CalTa Inc.—a provider of digital twin platforms for infrastructure—will be released by CalTa in Summer 2026.

'TRANCITY ARCADE' is a service that enables the creation of interactive content for education, training, exhibitions, and facility guidance by leveraging point cloud data and 3D models managed on CalTa's digital twin platform, 'TRANCITY Nebula.'

1. Development Background Industries currently face a need to convey expertise and safety information clearly and continuously. However, 3D content creation often requires specialized expertise and significant costs. By combining CalTa's 3D data processing/digital twin technology with CAD Center's advanced visualization techniques, they have provided an environment where gamification content can be built using field data without game development expertise.

2. Service Overview The service features an intuitive editor for setting routes, placing objects, and creating quizzes. By utilizing data from 'TRANCITY Nebula' and terrain data from Google Maps, it reproduces real-world environments. Compared to typical custom development, this allows for shorter lead times and lower costs. The service runs as a PC application, with plans to support VR headsets.

3. Future Plans The service is being developed for an official launch in Summer 2026. Prior to the release, the first live demonstration will be held at the CalTa booth during the '2nd Railway Technology Exhibition: Osaka 2026,' taking place at Intex Osaka from May 27 to 29, 2026.
