As part of the ongoing "Garden Necklace Yokohama 2026" hosted by Yokohama City, "Yokohama Rose Week 2026" will be held from Saturday, May 2nd to Tuesday, June 2nd, coinciding with the peak blooming season of Yokohama's official flower, the rose, throughout various locations in the city.

Colorful roses will bloom profusely in various locations including Yamashita Park, Harbor View Park, and Yamate Italian Garden, along with diverse events such as hula dance shows, markets, concerts, marches, and city walk programs. You can enjoy a flower landscape unique to this season, where Yokohama's characteristic scenery, such as rose gardens overlooking the harbor, exotic Western-style residences, lush green parks, and shopping streets, intertwine with roses.

<Highlights of Yokohama Rose Week> Yokohama's representative rose spots come into full bloom simultaneously

Yamashita Park Approximately 160 varieties and 1,900 bushes of roses will be in full bloom in the "Future Rose Garden" spread in front of the Hikawa Maru, moored in the harbor. It is a symbolic rose spot in Yokohama where you can enjoy the harbor scenery.

Harbor View Park You can admire a wide variety of roses in areas with different atmospheres, such as the "English Rose Garden," "Rose and Cascade Garden," and "Scented Garden." The scenery with Western-style residences in the background is also attractive.
