Hachiroku Shoten Co., Ltd. will host the 'Yokohama Tanabata Festival 2026' at Rinko Park and Pacifico Yokohama on July 4th and 5th, 2026. Building on last year's 300,000-attendee success, the event will feature expanded content and a new robot-based performance.

Born from the thought, 'Why isn't there a major Tanabata festival in Yokohama?', this project has officially announced the 'Yokohama Tanabata Festival 2026'.

Last year's 'Yokohama Tanabata Festival 2025' attracted approximately 300,000 visitors over two days at Yamashita Park.

For the 'Yokohama Tanabata Festival 2026', we have moved the venue to Rinko Park and Pacifico Yokohama. We look forward to welcoming you with content that has scaled up since last year, including Tanabata-themed tanzaku (wish strip) areas and festival stalls, a 'Gourmet Area' featuring Yokohama's delicious food, and workshops for families and couples.

The highlight this year is the 'Beam Twister,' scheduled to be held inside Pacifico Yokohama. Enjoy a transcendental light experience created by the world's first massive robot arm structure combined with three-dimensional beam formations.
