**Key Lecture Content**

Many in HR departments say they can't step into AI utilization due to concerns about personal information and security, or they don't know where to start.

This seminar organizes the key points that HR personnel should consider when creating a 'framework' for safely utilizing AI within the company, from the perspectives of judgment criteria, systems, and practical application. The content, which can be learned through lectures and mini-workshops, covers the basic mechanisms and pitfalls of generative AI (hallucinations), approaches to personal information and security, a checklist that serves as a basis for judging 'information that can be entered vs. information that cannot,' and even case studies of in-house AI guidelines and certification systems. This is a seminar that HR, labor, and recruitment staff can use as material when considering rules and education formats tailored to their own companies.

1. **Current Status and Role of HR and AI Utilization** - Domestic adoption trends, organizing concerns HR departments hear daily about AI (personal information, security, where to start, etc.). - Understanding the role of HR within the division of responsibilities with management, legal, and IT.

2. **The Significance of HR's Involvement in AI Promotion** - Case studies of generative AI use in recruitment, training, and labor management. - Collaboration with other departments and sharing the vision for AI use in HR operations.

3. **Basics of Generative AI and Hallucinations** - An overview of how generative AI works, its characteristic of not guaranteeing facts, and points of caution in the HR domain. - The importance of final human verification of outputs.

4. **Security and Personal Information Protection** - Organizing concepts of training data usage, leakage, and legal regulations; guidelines for handling personal information and sensitive personal information. - A checklist for 'information that can be entered vs. information that cannot.'

5. **Mini-Workshop: Permissible vs. NG Information** - A workshop to practice making judgments by applying the checklist to specific examples in recruitment, evaluation, labor, and training. - Participants can take home a ready-to-use basis for judgment for their own company.

6. **Case Study: Formulating In-house AI Guidelines** - A four-layer model for usage rules, examples of chapter structures and lists of prohibited input, the process of formulation and revision, and operational tips. For use as material for in-house consideration.

7. **Case Study: In-house AI Certification System & Literacy Education** - A case study combining e-learning, confirmation tests, and permission granting. - As a reference for considering a format suitable for one's own company.
