Nippon PS Hosts Site Visit for Female Construction Professionals

Nippon PS Co., Ltd. ### Background and Objectives This visit is aimed at approximately 30 female employees—including technical, sales, and administrative staff—working at construction companies within Fukui Prefecture. The goal is to facilitate professional networking and deepen their understanding of construction sites. Nippon PS supports this initiative by providing access to its 'Bridge Museum,' Tsuruga Manufacturing Center, and the 'Nishizu Bridge' (Obama City, Fukui) construction site, allowing participants to experience the world of Pre-stressed Concrete (PC) technology, which the company has cultivated since its founding in 1952. ### Overview of the 'Bridge Museum' Located at the Tsuruga factory, this public relations facility uses exhibits and models to introduce the world of PC bridge technology, which is rarely visible to the public.

### Project Overview: Nishizu Bridge Reconstruction As part of Fukui Prefecture's road improvement project, this construction aims to replace the aging Nishizu Bridge. It is a 4-span continuous post-tensioned PC box girder bridge with a length of 135.6 meters.
