Nippon Travel is promoting its Global Human Resource Utilization Promotion Project to contribute to solving social issues such as labor shortages in industries including tourism, accommodation, agriculture, and food.
This partnership connects the foundation of specialized education provided by Uzbekistani universities with the human resource needs of Japanese industries. Our goal is to address labor shortages, particularly in Japan's agriculture and food processing sectors, and to develop human resources who will support the industries of both countries.

A private comprehensive university based in the Khiva-Urgut region of Khorezm Province, expanding its educational fields and student numbers. It offers courses in Japanese language and Japanese literature and focuses on promoting understanding of the Japanese language and culture.
The university also engages in human resource development that utilizes language skills and practical communication abilities, such as students volunteering as tour guides for tourists visiting the World Heritage site "Ichan-Kala."
Through this partnership, we aim to develop individuals with Japanese language proficiency, cross-cultural adaptability, and hospitality skills, enabling them to thrive in a wide range of industries in Japan, including tourism and accommodation.
