Tokyo Kaikan, headquartered in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, will launch a variety of limited-time menus from June 1, 2026, through August 31, 2026. These menus feature high-end ingredients such as European blue lobster, foie gras, and black Wagyu beef, as well as seasonal delicacies like conger eel, eel, and abalone. At the Michelin-starred French restaurant 'Restaurant Prunier,' guests can enjoy creative dishes such as blue lobster served with coconut curry sauce and foie gras terrine paired with mango. The grill restaurant 'Roast Beef & Grill Rossini' features modern arrangements of traditional French recipes alongside revived classics loved throughout Tokyo Kaikan's history. Meanwhile, the teppanyaki restaurant 'TOKYO KAIKAN Kai' offers courses featuring live abalone and black Wagyu beef at special prices, while the Japanese restaurant 'Yachiyo' presents kaiseki cuisine highlighting conger eel and eel to express the season. At the all-day dining 'Rossini Terrace,' a tropical fruit afternoon tea inspired by a 'summer flower garden' and a peach and mango parfait resembling a 'bouquet' will be available. The highly anticipated annual 'Curry Fair' will also be held. The pastry shop 'Sweets & Gifts' will feature the 'Premium Marron Chantilly with White Peach and Japanese Chestnut,' available from June 16 to July 31, which wraps white peach pulp in a filling of Ibaraki-grown Japanese chestnut. A wide range of other seasonal desserts, including glass desserts and shortcakes, will also be featured. Please note that a 15% service charge is added to all dining at restaurants and bars.
