Naokyu Co., Ltd., a member of the Tetsujin-ka Holdings Group, will launch its summer-limited menu item, 'Kodawari Natsuyasai Hiyashi Chuka' (Special Summer Vegetable Cold Ramen), at its 'Ginza Naokyu' restaurants starting Monday, June 1, 2026.

Built on a base of crisp romaine lettuce, the dish utilizes a rich variety of colorful vegetables—including red and yellow bell peppers, cucumbers, watermelon radish, and purple cabbage—to create a visually cool and refreshing meal.

The ramen is served with a special soy-based sauce infused with mellow black vinegar and three types of rich dressings, ensuring the flavor remains exciting throughout the meal.
