Huene Factory announced the release of a new card game titled 'NEW OLD', created by the board game production group HEY!. The game features a unique mechanic where the goal is not to empty your hand. Players must strategize between keeping 'NEW' cards for positive points and discarding 'OLD' cards which act as negative points, all while navigating a system that does not allow players to 'pass' their turn. The game's artwork and packaging beautifully reflect the theme of aging, degradation, and nostalgia. 'NEW OLD' will be available for early purchase at the Game Market 2026 Spring event on May 23-24 for 2,500 yen, with a general release following on May 25 for 2,750 yen.
